Guillaume Aubineau is a co-founder of 373 Avocats & Associés SA.

Admitted to the Paris and Geneva Bars, he advises companies, entrepreneurs and individuals on tax matters, from day-to-day management to strategic decisions. He acts in particular on cross-border matters involving France and Switzerland.

His private client practice covers the tax aspects of wealth structuring and transfer, relocations and international succession matters.

Guillaume began his career in Paris with the direct tax team at CMS Francis Lefebvre, where he practised from 2006 to 2011. During that time, he spent seven months on secondment to CMS Cameron McKenna in London. He then joined the tax team at FBT Avocats in Geneva, where he practised from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, he co-founded Aubineau Avocats & Associés SA, a firm specialising in tax law that became 373 Avocats & Associés SA in 2020.
