Aurélien joined 373 Avocats & Associés SA as a Partner.

Admitted to the Geneva Bar and as a Swiss certified tax expert, Aurélien has been advising individuals, companies and financial institutions on tax matters for over fifteen years.

He advises individuals in particular on wealth and estate planning, transfers of residence and real estate projects. Aurélien also advises entrepreneurs on tax matters relating to their companies, particularly in connection with wealth restructuring, business acquisitions and sales, and succession planning.

He advises companies on both operational tax matters and the tax aspects of restructuring operations, business transfers and other commercial transactions.

Aurélien also advises banks and asset managers on financial tax matters.

He regularly assists and represents clients in administrative proceedings, as well as in administrative criminal proceedings before federal and cantonal authorities and courts.

Aurélien began his career in the tax group of FBT Avocats SA before moving to Oberson Abels SA. He then became a partner at Aegis Partners Sàrl before joining 373 Avocats & Associés SA.
