Jean-Marc Wasem is a co-founder of 373 Avocats & Associés SA.
Jean Marc began his career as a tax auditor with the Geneva Cantonal Tax Authority from 2002 to 2008. He then worked in the tax group of FBT Avocats SA in Geneva from 2008 to 2013 before co-founding Aubineau Avocats & Associés SA in Geneva in 2014, a firm specialising in French-Swiss taxation, which became 373 Avocats & Associés SA in 2020. He has also been an Associate Judge at the Geneva Administrative Court of First Instance since 2009.
As a Swiss certified tax expert, Jean-Marc advises companies, entrepreneurs and individuals on all their Swiss tax issues. His experience within the tax and judicial authorities has enabled him to develop recognised expertise in complex tax audit and litigation cases.
In addition, Jean-Marc has taught on various continuous training programmes for accounting and finance professionals.
